Makeup and styling Retainer Fee and Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy- We require a 25% non-refundable retainer for all of our services. If reschedule is needed, you must do so within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time. This will allow you to keep your retainer and move it to another date. Less than 48 hours forfeits your retainer. $10.00 late fee is applied per every 15 mins. that you’ve not arrived. After the 1st fifteen minutes you need to see if we can still accommodate you.
